A few things are usually faster to look up than to ask:

  • Where is my order? Production takes a few business days before anything ships, then transit on top. The full timing is in our shipping policy.
  • Something arrived damaged or misprinted. Our refund policy covers it — message us within the window stated there and include a photo.
  • Which size should I take? Everything is a unisex cut. If you are between sizes, size up.

Please include your order number if you have one. Every piece is made to order, so if you need to change or cancel an order, tell us as quickly as you can — once it has gone into production we cannot pull it back.
